Urukk is a gnome from the legends of the forests of Scandinavia, that looks grotesque, but very cheerful and friendly. According to the gnomes tradition, each name has a meaning. The name Urukk means “caring of the children’s dreams “.

Original composition for alto saxophone and piano, which maintains an ABA form. In 2011, the composer also arranged this piece for flute.
