This work is a commission by Zoar Ensemble as a gift for Saúl Canosa Insua for his numerous collaborations with the ensemble.
During its composition, I noticed my ideas arose both for clarinet as well as for bassoon. So, I decided to compose a version for each of them.
In this work, the solo instrument acts as a speaker and the use of technical and expressive contemporary elements are done in a natural way: frullati, wind whistles, rolling notes, multiphonics, brassy tones, etc. to try to convince the listener with its musical discourse.
