This Fantasy has a special meaning for me, since it was the first composition of mine that was performed in front of an audience, thanks to the initiative of my good friend Ramir Figueras Nogués, guitar professor of the Conseratori de Reus, who encouraged me and to whom I dedicate the piece.
The original version is for 3 guitars and this time, different combinations are proposed with regard to the guitar and piano participation. The piano plays the role of harmonic and rhythmic accompaniment, giving a happy character in a waltz rhythm to the piece. The rest of the instruments fulfil the melodic function in two voices, almost always in parallel movement.
