The oboe part of this study, inspired by pieces for solo oboe like 6 metamorphoses of B. Britten, or L. Berio’s Sequenza VII, contains some of the most used effects in music written for oboe in the XXth and XXIst centuries, from symphonic to solo music, such as double trills, harmonics, multiphonics, circular breathing, glissandos, Rollender Ton, etc.
The sound of the oboe is modified live through processes of “reverb”, “harmonizer”, “delay” and predesigned audios, by another interpreter, who is launching orderly from the computer this whole process.
