Arbre de flames was written in the spring of 2017, commissioned by Jaume Creus, for the centenary of the birth of the poet Josep Palau i Fabre. A polyhedral man, writer, translator, art critic and also a specialist in the work of Picasso whom he had met giving magnificent lectures.
