Evocãre was commissioned by AFE (Spanish Flute Association), for the 4ª Convención de la Asociación Española de Flautistas, to be held in Bilbao in 2016.
This work is intended for students at the final stages of a professional degree in music, and the idea, as the title reflects, is to evoke music from different periods.
Throughout the piece I wanted technical elements to appear, such as the expression, articulation, fingering, rhythm and voice, adjusted to the level mentioned above.
