These three songs of longing are a reflection of the feelings of sadness that have blundered me since my wife and I separated. In the first one, “Albada sense tu (Dawn without you)”, I speak about the emptiness of bed and the coldness of the sheets, topics that have become a raw reality in my life. In the second, “El parc de Vallparadís (Vallparadís Park)”, I remember with nostalgia the walks in that park when we just had known that we would have twins. In the third, titled with my wife’s name, I speak of the need that I still feel to touch her pale skin, and the desire for time to cure the wounds which have been recently opened.
