Conductos

Written for the occasion of the V Concurso internacional de Caja Solo (Snare Drum Competition), within the Percute 2019 festival and dedicated to Amores grup de percussió and percussionist Pablo Treceño, Conductos explores the interaction between the snare drum and electronics through the journey back to the nineties where techno had great success in Spain. The performer enters a world where music and aesthetics merged into a current of great repercussion. Conductos is the metaphor of a journey through time, where rhythm and the exploration of the performative come together at their maximum expression, showing a power with which the performer will amaze the audience.
