This work takes its title from the poem by Luis Belda Benavent on which this cantata for two mixed choirs, tenor soloist and symphonic orchestra is composed; and that pays homage to the poet Miguel Hernández, placing us in the last moments of his life in the Alicante prison infirmary, in which he makes a retrospective of his life before his last breath.
